Office Hours with Ask Doctor Joan
Twice a month, sit down with a physician and learn how your gut actually works. Live, unhurried, and made for women who have been told that everything looks normal.
First session Tuesday, October 6 at 6:30 PM Central
Cancel anytime from your account.
You have been working on this a long time on your own
Bloating, reflux, constipation, or discomfort that has followed you for years and returns no matter what you take out of your diet.
Your results came back fine and the conversation ended there. You left knowing what you do not have, and no closer to why you feel this way.
You have read a great deal online and you trust less of it than you used to. You would like one physician, teaching in order, so the pieces finally connect.
You are not looking for one more protocol to follow blindly. You want to understand what your body is doing before you decide what to do about it.
What an hour looks like
Dr. Joan teaches one topic for about forty minutes, in plain language, with slides you can actually read. The rest of the hour belongs to your questions. You can write a question ahead of time, ask it live, or simply listen. A good number of members listen for the first few sessions before they say anything at all.
What your membership includes
Foundations for Gut Repair
Six sessions, in order, each one building on the last. You are not attending six unrelated talks. Founding members finish the whole series inside the founding window.
Every session begins at 6:30 PM Central. The series continues into 2027 with Detoxification and Your Gut, and then The Gut-Hormone Connection.
What Office Hours is, and what it is not
Office Hours is health education. It is not medical care, and it is not a replacement for the physician who knows your history.

Start my membershipFrom January 1, 2027, for everyone who joins after the founding window closes. Founding members keep their rate for a full twelve months.

Nothing is lost. The replay is posted within 48 hours and it stays in your library permanently. Plenty of members watch mostly replays.
From your own account, at any time. No email and no phone call. Your access runs through the end of the month you have already paid for, and there are no partial-month refunds.
Your founding rate is held for twelve full months from the day you join. After that it moves to the standard rate, and you will hear from us well before it does.
No. Office Hours is open to anyone who wants to learn, and many members are not patients.
Not in a group session, and that boundary is there to protect you. If you want your own situation looked at, start with a free discovery call.
No. You are welcome to keep your camera off, and you can send your question in writing before or during the session. Sessions are recorded for the replay library.
Office Hours is education in a group. The Gut Health Program is clinical care, with testing, a plan built for you, and time with Dr. Joan one to one. A great many people begin here.
You will get one link that never changes, and it works from a phone, a tablet, or a computer. If you get stuck, write to us and someone will walk you through it.
OF DR. JOAN
Most of the women I sit with have been unwell for years before anyone stopped and explained what was actually happening inside them. They were not given bad care. They were given seven minutes.
Office Hours is the room I wish each of them had walked into first. Two evenings a month, no rush and no selling, just the explanation, taught in the order it makes sense. Bring your questions. I will answer the ones that belong in a group, and I will tell you plainly when a question belongs in a visit instead.
I would be glad to have you there.
Founding enrollment is open
$15 a month, held for twelve months. The first session is Tuesday, October 6 at 6:30 PM Central.
Office Hours with Ask Doctor Joan is health education and does not create a physician-patient relationship. It is not a substitute for individual medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always speak with your own physician about your health, and never delay or disregard medical advice because of something taught in a session.
